How to boost your immune system?

In this crazy time, all of us all over the world are facing the same challenge and are fighting for our life and our health. no matter who we are and where we are.

It is primordial we do everything to stay healthy and have a strong immune system.

We must each of us take our own precautions and measures in order to fight this all together.

I will be sharing tips that I have been using for years and that have been the results of researches and advises from different sources, doctors and naturopaths I have been working with.

The Must Have !


Zinc is magical. But one tip, always takes it with food or after food. You can easily have nausea. This nutrient plays vital roles in our body.  The body does not produce natural zinc. You get it through food or supplements. It regulates the immune function in the body and many other primordial functions.  It is the second most abundant trace mineral after iron. Zinc is present in very cell. This is how important is zinc! Zinc helps keep your immune system strong and is necessary for to stimulate particular immune cell. It also reduces the risk of infection and it helps to speed recovery.

To take morning with food


Spirulina is an alga. Make sure you choose a natural and organic spirulina. Spirulina is full of minerals. It was consumed by Aztecs and Nasa by their astronauts.  It has such amazing nutrients: protein, vitamin B1, B2, B3, Copper, Iron, and Magnesium, potassium. Spirulina is a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Spirulina is a top super food!

It is great to threat early stage of influenza and respiratory disease and have very strong anti viral effect. Some research here

Vitamin C

Vitamin c is an essential vitamin in your body, as the body does not produce it.  It is found in food.  Vitamin C is an antioxidant to boost immune system, which helps natural defense fight inflammation as it supports white blood cells while protecting from potential harmful molecules.  It is also known that people who have pneumonia tend to have lower vitamin C.  So it helps with recovery time.

To take morning and lunch time. Avoid to take vitamin in evening time

Copper Gold Silver

Cuivre Or Argent / Argent Colloidal (Copper Gold Silver)

This one is a bit harder to find. I usually find it in France in pharmacies and sometime it is out of stock. You can find it at Oligosol. It helps to strengthen your body in wintertime for influenza. It helps the cell renewal and the immune system. Gold is recognized as an anti infections mineral. Copper helps fight viruses and inflammations. Silver fight against fatigue and viruses. The trio together is the perfect combination during the wintertime and it works like magic. It will definitely help you during this time.

Echinacea can be found nearly everywhere in the world and would be the most effective now during the epidemic. Echinacea is an herb originated from United States and originally used by native Indian tribes.  It decreases inflammation due to cold and flu symptoms and stimulates the body's immune system.

Essentials Oils

Essentials oils are essences of plants used in aromatherapy and in natural remedies. It can be find in many places, supermarkets, pharmacies, and organic shops.

  • Eucalyptus: In this situation, since lung is being touch and with difficulty of breathing, you can apply eucalyptus on chest with coconut oil in order to reduce the pain and improve breath. Eucalyptus is known for its anti fungal, antibacterial, anti spasmodic and anti viral properties.
  • Tea Tree: Tea tree is known for its anti bacterial properties. If you can’t find any more hygienic hand sanitizer, you can rub some tea tree on your hands. You can also put tea tree on your chest as it fights infection. You can also diffuse it in the air to clean the air around you.
  • Thyme:  Thyme is great to prevent flu and influenza. It will help with lung and bronchitis and to improve immune system. You can make herbal tea with it.
  • Ravensara: Very similar to Eucalyptus. It is known to treat influenza and support the immune system. You can use it to rub on your chest for relieve.
