These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Elegances SNC’s Website, located at www.elegancesretreats.com.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Elegances Retreats if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. 

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Booking and payments

Your Retreat holiday is secured and reserved by paying a deposit of 500 Euro non refundable. This deposit is non transferable.

The Balance of the retreat is due 30 days before the day you are due to arrive. If we do not receive your balance payment, your place may be given to another guest. 

Last minute bookings must be paid for ” in full” at the time of booking

We accept payments by bank transfer, paypal and credit card (Visa, master and Maestro).  Please ensure that we receive the full amount for your holiday/retreat

If you have any health issues, please consult your doctor to make sure you are in a fit state to join us for your activity holiday

Changes and responsability

Due to teacher cancellations or any other situations outside our control, we reserve the right to make any changes to our programme, courses or teachers. Alternative arrangements will be offered, but we do not accept responsibility for any costs incurred, including airfare and travel plans.

We may offer a discount to some students, or last-minute discount places – this does not affect the status of any guests who have previously paid the full price,and no discount will then become due to them.

We strongly recommend that you have your own travel insurance to cover any loss or injury, including repatriation if necessary

Elegances Retreats accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or illness while you are on holiday with us, or for any travel costs to or from the retreat site.

 Passports,visas and health/medical requirements: you are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid passport and any necessary visas, as well as any necessary or required inoculations or other health requirements.

 We accept no responsibility for travel tickets such as airfares and trains. This is solely the guest’s responsibility to organise and inform us only of an accurate arrival time.

We will not knowingly give your personal information to anybody else (except where required to do so by authorities). We will retain your information and from time to time we may contact you with our promotional.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Elegances SNC does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Elegances SNC,its agents and/or affiliates.
